The role reports to the EVP of Operations and requires coordinating with multiple managers to deliver janitorial, grounds, food service, and warehouse support in line with contract SOWs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, contract negotiations, and driving continuous improvement for client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field; 8+ years experience may substitute.
• Experience managing large service contracts ($1M+).
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities
