Challenge Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations in Alton, Illinois to oversee work opportunities for people with disabilities within integrated teams.

The role reports to the EVP of Operations and involves managing janitorial, grounds, food service, shelving and warehouse services, with budgets, contract negotiations, and continuous improvement responsibilities. The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with evenings/weekends as needed) and a salary range of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business or related field.
• 3+ years managing large service contracts and budgets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with government contracts and AbilityOne is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, forecasts and cost packages.
