Responsibilities

• Lead organizational leadership and strategic execution with executive alignment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.
• Develop policies, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Manage agency-wide projects and technology initiatives, including ClickUp.
• Coach directors and staff to improve performance and accountability.
• Engage with residents and external stakeholders to support community impact.
