Job summary

Baptist in Memphis, TN seeks a skilled leader to direct the Medical Group Clinic network's practice management and administrative functions. You will oversee operations, finance, and staffing to support patient access and care delivery.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Clinic Operations, you will drive process improvements, ensure policy compliance, and align clinics with strategic growth goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year healthcare experience; Preference in management or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and develop clinics, outpatient procedure departments if applicable, and physician hospital services in the following areas: Right Time, Right Place, Right Cost, Right Care.
• Integrate organization strategic growth plans with operations to expand patient care access, improve efficiency and maximize clinic service offerings.
• Collaborate with Service Line Directors to ensure a seamless patient experience from clinic visit to procedure/surgery at the Medical Center.
• Ensure systems and staffing resources are deployed for clinic and revenue cycle policy and procedure compliance; use measurement and analytics to maximize operational efficiency and visual management.
• Serve as a resource to physicians, clinic managers, and supervisors in deploying business and strategic initiatives.
• Escalate to Executive Director of Clinic Operations any unresolved issues/opportunities concerning patients, staff and physicians; perform all other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Healthcare related Field

Master's Degree in Business Administration or a Healthcare related Field
