A strong background in nonprofit leadership, governance, and multi-state service delivery is essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in related fields, with 15+ years of leadership experience, and deep knowledge of health and human services regulations.

Qualifications

• 15 years of leadership experience, ideally including CFO or Director of Operations in nonprofit human services
• Knowledge of Human Services financing requirements with revenue cycle management and third party payer practices
• Experience in multi-state operations and understanding of Not-for-Profit 501c(3) requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all programs and support functions.
• Ensure services are delivered consistently, effectively, and in alignment with standards.
• Develop operational strategies to support growth and sustainability.
• Monitor program capacity, utilization, and service outcomes.
• Translate CEO/Board strategic vision into actionable plans.
• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives and priorities.
• Establish KPIs and accountability measures.
• Drive continuous improvement across departments.
