Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field
• 10+ years’ experience in Operational Management overseeing/managing major projects in the power delivery industry
• 5+ years’ experience managing employees

Responsibilities

• Assists the VP, Operations and executives in long- and short-range planning, policies and objectives
• Develops project plans and leads project teams to meet client needs
• Leads client-focused teams to meet operational objectives
• Directs department managers to achieve goals with safety procedures
• Interfaces with clients and coordinates major projects across service territories
• Drives productivity improvements and cost reductions across units
