Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. seeks a Director of Operations Designate to lead DC functions including Transportation, Warehousing, and QA. You will plan, organize, and support projects with the team, facilities, and tools needed for growth and service excellence.

The role requires relocation to other McLane divisions as needed. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in foodservice distribution, strong accounting/planning skills, and experience with ERP systems like Manhattan, AS/400, and JDE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in foodservice distribution.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting and cost analysis.
• Understanding of QA and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transportation and Warehouse departments.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate with Corporate Operations Support on service levels.
• Relocate to other McLane divisions as required.
