Coulter Services seeks a Regional General Manager to lead pump rental, sales, and service operations across a multi-state territory. You will own regional P&L and drive growth while ensuring safe, reliable dewatering solutions for commercial clients.

You will lead branch managers and field teams, expand key accounts, and optimize fleet utilization. A strong focus on safety, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and sales is essential.
