Job summary

AbbVie’s Operations Development Program Intern (Undergraduate) is a 11-week paid summer internship designed to develop technical, operational, and leadership skills. Interns work on meaningful assignments, analyze data, support process improvements, and present recommendations to stakeholders across AbbVie’s global Operations.

The program rotates through manufacturing, quality, product development, and more, preparing interns for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills (extracurricular activities or projects).
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills to analyze information and make sound decisions in fast-paced teams.
• Mobility required; internship serves as pipeline to the Operations Development Program.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
