Job summary

AbbVie offers a paid eleven-week summer internship in Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) at Lake County, IL (north suburban Chicago). You’ll work on assignments across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Workplace Relations, Learning & Leadership Development, Talent Management and more, with in-person and virtual development and networking.

Interns are supported by AbbVie-sponsored relocation and travel benefits for eligible students and may be considered for future

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s program, with an emphasis in Human Resources graduating between Dec 2027 - June 2028
• Must be enrolled in an accredited Master’s program for at least one additional semester following your internship
• Previous internship in Human Resources or related experience required
