AbbVie is offering a paid eleven-week summer internship in Human Resources Leadership Development. Interns will work on meaningful HR assignments across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Workplace Relations, and more, with a focus on developing technical knowledge, analytical strength, and creative problem solving.

Planned in-person and virtual development and networking activities enhance exposure to senior HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the HR Leadership Development Program with assignments in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Workplace Relations, Learning & Leadership Development, Talent Management and Business HR.
• Contribute to projects across HR functions and collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams.
• Engage in planned in-person and virtual development and networking activities to build leadership capabilities.
• Support relocation and travel logistics for eligible interns as needed.
