Job summary

NRI 3PL in Fontana, CA is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter data and maintain document integrity within the Operations team, supporting activity across warehouse clients serving an active lifestyle.

The role requires strong communication, 6+ months admin experience, proficiency with Outlook and Excel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Preferred knowledge of SSCC labels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry: sorts and prepares documents for entry, maintains shipment records, enters documents into Aspire, supports label Creation, uses FedEx/UPS/EDI platforms, corrects data errors.
• Exchange information with internal and external contacts, may schedule inbound/outbound appointments and update logs, assist with administrative duties, perform related duties.
