Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support the Operations team by accurately entering data and maintaining document integrity for product shipments. The role involves working with various clients and performing data-entry tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.50 per hour, with potential to grow as you contribute to efficient operations. The position requires multitasking, strong organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Preferred knowledge of creating SSCC labels.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods, tolerate dust/noise/heat/cold.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and prepare documents for data entry.
• Maintain movement records of inbound/outbound shipments.
• Enter documents accurately and ensure readiness for processing.
• Support label creation and operate multiple platforms (Fedex, UPS, EDI).
• Correct data entry errors and coordinate with internal/external contacts.
