Job summary

BMAT Music Innovators is seeking an Operations Specialist who enjoys analyzing how things work, solving complex problems, and driving practical improvements. You will coordinate operational delivery at the intersection of clients, data, operations, and technology, turning challenges into scalable solutions.

You’ll translate business needs into technical specs, collaborate with technical teams, and drive automation and process improvements while maintaining a strong client focus and teamwork

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or related client roles in technical settings.
• Highly organized multitasker with keen attention to detail.
• Initiative, drive, and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Strong listening, questioning, understanding, and communication.
• Love for teamwork and learning.
• Comfort with discussing backend/frontend systems and data pipelines; coding welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand services and operational workflows; ensure reliable execution.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for stakeholders.
• Analyze datasets, identify inconsistencies, root causes, and improvements.
• Spot repetitive tasks and streamline workflows; partner to implement automation.
• Collaborate with clients, Operations, Engineering to resolve issues and improve delivery.
• Look for opportunities to reduce effort and improve quality as services evolve.
