The role emphasizes Excel mastery, data quality, and collaboration across Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to deliver accurate, timely analyses and customer-facing deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of data analysis, business analytics, or customer-facing analytics.
• Experience solving business problems using data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce and business data to identify trends and opportunities; translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Partner directly with customers to understand reporting requirements and present findings clearly.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation of methodologies.
• Manage multiple projects and customer requests, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop an understanding of customer needs to inform analytical solutions and stay current with industry trends.
• Identify automation opportunities and build internal tools using Python and SQL to streamline tasks.
