Salmon Group is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to design and optimize client data workflows and to build an internal Creatio module used by Operations. You will drive data quality, automate processes, and partner with Compliance, Customer Service, and Engineering to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in similar roles, strong SQL skills, and experience with BPMN and internal IT systems. This role is remote with global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, including AS-IS/TO-BE mapping.

Responsabilidades

• Own client data verification and update processes end-to-end, from diagnosing current gaps.
• Build and evolve an internal Creatio module from the ground up, used daily by the Operations team.
• Work at the intersection of business, technology, and data, with direct influence on operational efficiency, data quality, and automation.
• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes for manual client data verification and updates.
• Develop the internal Creatio module for Operations: user scenarios, workflow logic, and ongoing improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundant manual work, and opportunities for automation.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into functional and system requirements, and support implementation with the engineering team.
• Define and track operational metrics — processing speed, queue status, verification status, and process efficiency — using SQL to analyze data and find root causes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Antifraud, and Engineering to align requirements and build end-to-end processes.
