This temporary role handles performance measurement, reporting, and operational resources to enable effective public engagement.

The position collaborates across the CAPE team and reports to the CAPE Director, with responsibilities including tech platforms admin, data quality, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Administers CAPE technology platforms and digital tools.
• Maintains system configurations, user access, templates, and workflows.
• Supports implementation of new technology and automated processes.
• Collects, organizes, validates, and maintains data.
• Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and data-tracking tools.
• Develops and maintains workflows, forms, templates, and resources.
• Organizes shared resources, SOPs, playbooks, training materials, and institutional knowledge.
