Job summary

WellDyne is seeking a BI Analyst to join our Operations Excellence team in Lakeland, FL. The role focuses on turning operational data into clear, actionable insights through SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

You will build reports, track KPIs, analyze trends, and communicate findings to business and operational stakeholders. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with data warehouses, report development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting business data using SQL.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience working with data warehouse sources to support reporting, analysis, and business intelligence needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, usable reporting and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support BI reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Use SQL to pull, organize, and analyze data from data warehouse and database sources.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements and data analysis that supports operational decision-making.
• Build and improve dashboards, recurring reports, metrics views, and other analytical tools for business users.
• Perform deep-dives and root cause analysis to answer business questions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics, reporting needs, and trusted data sources.
• Effectively communicate solutions and methodologies to senior leadership.
• Work with technical teams to understand data availability and improve reporting accuracy.
