Job summary

Mansfield Oil Company is seeking an Operations Support Data Analyst to ensure accurate processing of business transactions and vendor payments, focusing on freight data governance and ERP-based improvements.

The role supports cross-functional teams with dashboards and reports to monitor operational effectiveness and data integrity, while pursuing process improvements to minimize service failures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in the petroleum industry, logistics or ERP governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP system vendor master data including new vendor setups, onboarding documentation, default/awarded vendor, and vendor contacts.
• Ensure new and renewed contracts are set up properly by validating key issues and recommendations for resolution.
• Resolve daily freight discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely vendor payment and customer billing.
• Identify, validate, and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes.
• Perform vendor portal audits to ensure RFP statuses remain current and awarded rates sync to ERP.
• Review freight sales analysis, identify losses, determine root cause, and implement corrective action.
• Collaborate to remediate invoice errors due to freight components.
