Staples is hiring for a warehouse/operations support role in Colorado. The position runs 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on data reporting, workflow coordination, and system maintenance.

You will work with WMS systems, assist leaders, and help drive process improvements using data. The role requires basic Excel skills, familiarity with WMS/PKMS/Sunbeam tools, and a certification in material handling equipment or willingness to learn.

Formación

• 1+ years of basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with EXE/PKMS/WMS, Galaxy AS/400, Sunbeam, BRIO, Cubiscan equipment.
• Certification in Material Handling equipment or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Run reports in systems such as WMS or labor reporting systems.
• Assist department leader in managing workflow.
• Provide information to supervisors and managers to meet reporting requirements.
• Analyze data and develop recommendations for action or improvement.
• Coordinate and communicate major system changes.
• Interact with customer service to expedite high-touch requests and resolve issues.
