Job summary

The Pasha Group is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to maintain, update, and support system tables, user access, and reporting across proprietary and third-party applications.

In this role you will perform data entry, table maintenance, and generate periodic and ad-hoc reports, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure data accuracy, access control, and alignment with service level agreements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of web-based application databases and table structures.
• Proficient at navigating computer systems and web apps.
• High accuracy data entry and review capabilities.
• Clear communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to translate technical terms into business language.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products at basic to intermediate levels.

Responsibilities

• Process updates and changes from service agreements and rate tables per guidelines.
• Review data for accuracy, duplicates, and potential issues.
• Prepare and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate discrepancies, errors, and system issues using SOPs; escalate when needed.
• Provide training and support to users on assigned applications.
• Create and manage alerts, reports, and document libraries.
• Perform user account and password maintenance on assigned apps.
• Prepare detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Update work instructions and job aids for assigned apps.
• Coordinate with corporate helpdesk and IT service requests.
• Assist with customer onboarding and testing of enhancements.
• Maintain daily schedules and provide requested reports.
