As a member of the office staff, you will help write proposals, lead scheduling and installation, assist with marketing efforts, and help maintain clean financials to support growth. We offer paid training and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Able to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop trust with customers and live our core values.
• Create raving fans by providing extra mile service.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and convert leads.
• Follow up on open proposals and keep showroom/office presentable.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and resolve customer conflicts.
