Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in operations, executive support, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day office experience and coordinate supplies, vendors, and workspace needs.
• Support the CEO and co-founder with scheduling, travel, meetings, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with the Founding CSM to help customers and ensure timely resolutions.
