Bug House Pest Control in Georgia is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Office Manager to serve as the critical link between customers and service professionals. You will help maintain smooth operations, supervise branch staff, and support growth with training and coaching.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience with Bug House Pest Control in operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of Bug House systems and software (Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Reflects our Mission: Protect, defend and enhance the homes and lives of each client.
• Supervises office staff and office procedures, while reporting and tracking productivity.
• Create a culture of learning, which coaching both current and new CSR staff members.
• Handles customer complaint escalations for the branch.
• Produces/Manage branch production reports.
• Manages branch collections - credits and cancels accounts.
• Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager.
