Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with payments, scheduling, pest control sales, and conflict resolution.
• Document customer accounts and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
• Handle additional tasks and projects to support the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams including administrative staff, sales, service professionals, and management to ensure top-tier customer service.
• Foster consistent communication with customers to meet their needs.
