Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support inventory and daily operations at the Inspection Center. You will own onboarding tasks, coordinate orientations, and drive engagement events while collaborating with leaders and vendors.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a safety-sensitive position with a focus on teamwork, process improvements, and timely execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Own post employment processes for new hires including I-9 verification, orientation, and first-day email.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and maintain site rosters and schedules.
• Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events.
• Coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events via email, updates, and announcements.
• Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Assist onsite vendors with directions and access while on site.
• Manage and oversee employee engagement events.
