You will manage pre-employment processes, coordinate events, write communications, maintain rosters, and collaborate with leaders and vendors to keep operations running smoothly. Bachelor’s preferred; 1–2 years’ experience; weekend availability.

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and late shifts.
  • Self motivated and able to work autonomously.

  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity with sensitive information.

  • Own pre-employment/post employment of new hires consisting of I-9 verifications and related communications.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Maintain site rosters.
  • Order site-level supplies.
  • Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events.
  • Write, create, and distribute internal communications such as emails, updates and announcements.
  • Handle, coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to assist operational needs.
  • Other duties as assigned by site leader.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle, coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events

  • Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to assist operational needs

  • Other duties as assigned by site leader
