Job summary

Sunkist Growers, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Operations in Exeter, CA. The role supports daily operations at the Sunkist Consolidation Center, handling invoicing, settlements, and shipment coordination for fruit and citrus products.

You will work with Accounting, sales teams, packinghouses, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely product movement. Qualifications include at least 1 year in transportation, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in the transportation field.
• High school or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Enter daily purchase orders into NAV and manage outside fruit purchases.
• Process monthly invoices in Famous and NAV; distribute to Corporate and customers.
• Reconcile claims with accounting for outside fruit purchases and grower settlements.
• Coordinate new vendor setup including NAV supplier forms and W-9 collection.
• Dispatch fruit and citrus shipments across carriers to ensure timely movement.
• Monitor shipments, communicate delays and take corrective action with carriers.
• Advise internal teams on transit schedules, equipment availability, and freight rates.
• Assist in moving finished goods from packinghouses to the SCC.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve transportation issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
