Job summary

Sunkist Growers in Valencia, CA seeks a Manager of Corporate Strategy to shape the future direction of the organization. You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to develop long-term initiatives and lead cross-functional projects that drive meaningful business results.

This role requires a strategic thinker with 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication skills to influence executives and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management consulting and/or corporate strategy experience, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience navigating complex business challenges.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual and long-term strategic planning process with executive leadership.
• Conduct competitive, market, and industry analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate current business performance and opportunities using financial modeling and strategic frameworks.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for initiatives such as market expansion, new product categories, technology investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify operational improvements and drive organizational efficiency.
• Define and monitor KPIs that measure progress against strategic objectives.
• Communicate strategic priorities across the organization and translate concepts into actionable plans.
• Lead strategic projects from concept through execution while managing timelines and deliverables.
• Act as a change champion to help teams embrace new initiatives and priorities.
• Support executive presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.

This highly visible role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors to develop long-term strategic initiatives, evaluate growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects that drive meaningful business results.

What You\'ll Do
