Capital Pump & Equipment is seeking a Field Pipe Installer/Crew Member in Houston, TX. This entry-level role works with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps on job sites, requiring a safety-first mindset and mechanical aptitude.

You will operate basic tools, adhere to safety protocols, and interact with customers and team members. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with forklift certification a plus and CDL as an additional asset.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Team player with a safety-first mindset.
• Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus; CDL is a plus.

• Assist with installation, set-up, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment.
• Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work.

The Role

We are seeking a Field Pipe Installer/Crew Member to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites.
