In this position The Operations Coordinator, Indirect Business Office & Engagement, serves as the central coordination point for the global Indirect Supply Chain organization. This role leads business office operations, organizational communications, employee and supplier engagement, learning and development, and cross‑functional coordination activities that support the organization’s strategic priorities. Acting as the primary interface between leadership, employees, suppliers, business partners, and Supply Chain Center of Excellence teams, the position ensures effective communication, operational alignment, and execution of key organizational initiatives. The role is responsible for maintaining the organization’s rhythm of business, strengthening stakeholder relationships, driving employee engagement and capability development, and providing oversight of business office processes and special projects.

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8 and ranges from $84,480-$166,200.
