Join Ford’s Global Supply Chain Systems organization to drive adoption of new business systems across employees and suppliers. You’ll lead communications, training, and enablement that prepare users for change, accelerate adoption, and reduce support demand.
This role is ideal for someone with purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience who understands buyer workflows and can translate business requirements into effective system enablement.
You’ll partner across IT, Learning & Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and global business teams to deliver launch readiness and adoption.
Communications and training are accurate, timely, and reach the right audiences.
Buyers and supply chain users confidently adopt new systems and processes.
Repeat support inquiries decrease through stronger enablement and self-service.
Leadership receives clear, timely visibility into readiness, adoption, risks, and support needs.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
