AstroForge is seeking an Operations Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of our workspace in Seal Beach, CA. You will manage inventory, shipping, office supplies, and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth, well-organized environment that supports a fast-moving space startup.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and clear communication to keep teams resourced and processes scalable as we grow in the space mining field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations coordinator, office, or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, or facilities coordination.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through.
• Excellent communication and a team-first attitude.
• Onsite work in Seal Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for factory and office needs, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Manage office supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked workspace.
• Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders to prevent shortages.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, and payments for budget adherence.
• Coordinate all shipping and receiving operations and records.
• Oversee snacks/food services, supplier relationships, and kitchen environment.
• Act as go-to resource for day-to-day office needs and issue resolution.
