Poseidon Aerospace seeks an Operations Associate to keep a fast-moving startup running efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Business Operations Manager and across the company, handling day-to-day operational tasks that let engineering and manufacturing move quickly.

This hands-on, high-ownership role suits problem-solvers who can adapt as priorities shift, coordinate shipments, improve internal processes, and troubleshoot at test sites.

Poseidon Aerospace is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help keep a fast-moving aerospace startup running efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Business Operations Manager and across the broader company, taking on the day-to-day operational work that enables our engineering and manufacturing teams to move quickly.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and making things happen. The work will be varied. You might be coordinating a shipment one day, improving an internal process the next, and helping solve an unexpected operational problem at a test site the day after that.
