Poseidon Aerospace is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help keep a fast-moving aerospace startup running efficiently. You’ll work directly with our Business Operations Manager and across the broader company, taking on the day-to-day operational work that enables our engineering and manufacturing teams to move quickly.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and making things happen. The work will be varied. You might be coordinating a shipment one day, improving an internal process the next, and helping solve an unexpected operational problem at a test site the day after that.
What you’ll do
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to unblock problems
Support day-to-day company and business operations
Jump in wherever needed to keep the company moving quickly
