THE EMERGENCY VEHICLE TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION COMMISSION is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to manage essential operational workflows that support exam delivery and certification services. This role is customer-facing, detail-intensive, and requires strong follow-through and discretion.

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will execute assigned workflows end-to-end, escalate exceptions, and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and databases; willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute and track exam-cycle logistics end-to-end, including preparation, shipping coordination, confirmations, and issue follow-up.
• Execute scoring workflow and results distribution with accuracy checks, recordkeeping, and deadline adherence.
• Provide customer service coverage for phones, general email, and mail, including issue triage and escalation.
• Process level entries and certificates accurately and timely.
• Manage order fulfillment end-to-end.
• Complete registration entry and payment processing, including accurate recordkeeping.
• Support Validation Conference preparation and logistics.
• Maintain office organization and assist with office operations under supervision.
• Coordinate social media as assigned.
