Astera Neuro is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the COO in keeping research operations organized and running smoothly. You will coordinate across science, engineering, and operations teams, tracking projects and ensuring critical work stays on schedule.

A tech-forward generalist with a detail-oriented mindset will thrive. The role centers on organizing workflows, leveraging AI, and building lightweight systems to scale as the team grows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in project coordination, operations, or program management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication interfacing with leadership and technical teams.
• Proactive ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Proficiency with productivity/collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/Notion).
• Fluency with AI tools and automation to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the COO to manage day-to-day operational priorities and timelines.
• Track cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion with clear owners.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and draft materials.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, all-hands, and cross-team sessions with agendas and notes.
• Support vendor, facilities, and logistics coordination to keep the lab and office running.
• Assist with recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling and offer logistics.
• Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and dashboards for visibility.
• Identify process gaps and help build lightweight systems to scale.
• Tackle ad hoc projects as priorities shift.
