Arbor Neuroscience seeks an experienced operations generalist to keep the organization running as it grows. You’ll interface with Convergent Research on HR, contracts, and vendors, manage recruiting, and build the systems a growing nonprofit research organization needs.

You’ll tackle open-ended problems, help shape partnerships and board materials, and contribute to Arbor’s culture as a hands-on operator in the Bay Area.

Formación

• Evidence you’ve built operational systems where nothing existed.
• Judgment to know when a process needs a system versus a manual fix.
• Strong writing ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Sufficient technical curiosity to follow scientific or engineering conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with Convergent Research on finance, HR, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Run recruiting, sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Own the operational side of partnerships with hardware and researchers.
• Prepare board materials, funder reports, and maintain commitments tracking.
• Set up internal systems, processes, and documentation to streamline work.
• Tackle open-ended problems and come back with a recommendation.
• Help build Arbor’s culture.
