Job summary

Center Church Charlottesville is seeking an Operations Coordinator who turns plans into action by bringing organization, logistics, and follow-through to the day-to-day life of the church. This role supports ministry, operations, missions, and prayer by managing the details, systems, schedules, and resources that keep things moving.

They anticipate needs, identify what needs to happen next, and take ownership of making sure it happens well.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and logistical planning abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and maintain schedules.
• Proven communication skills with diverse teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Finance, Human Resources, and Administration: manage giving, bills, budgeting support, HR processes, and collaboration with partners.
• Project Management & Event Planning: plan and execute ministry events, coordination of logistics and volunteers.
• Short-Term Trips & Global Care: plan missions, recruit, train, and debrief teams, support global partners.
• Prayer & Mercy Ministries: coordinate prayer teams and volunteer pathways, support Mercy Month activities.
