Job summary

Qualifications

Position Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will execute the production plan and ensure all customers’ shipments are completed daily. This role requires utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centralsoftware to issue work instructions (travelers) to the manufacturing floor for correct spinal implants and instruments production. Additionally, Operations Coordinator ensures all spinal implant cases are complete when shipping to, or receiving from, hospitals while working closely with President and Operations Lead on special projects. This position will execute standard procedures to efficiently deliver FDA approved products to hospitals and surgeons as well as collaborate with sales managers, design engineers and manufacturing technicians to support new product development. It is a position combining strong decision making and proactive approach.

Qualifications:
