Job summary

Nexxt Spine LLC in Noblesville, IN is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the 2nd shift. You will execute the production plan, issue travelers, allocate materials, and coordinate shipping to hospitals and surgeons. You will work with leadership on special projects to ensure FDA-compliant product delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining shipping/receiving operations, purchasing materials, and collaborating with sales, design, and manufacturing teams to support new product development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365 Business Central, is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing; self-motivated with strong prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Issue shop floor travelers and allocate raw materials.
• Process travelers and inspection documents to route products through manufacturing.
• Purchase raw materials and tooling for spinal implants and instruments.
• Main shipping/receiving contact for the organization.
• Assist in receiving orders from customers and shipping products.
