Tallahassee State College (TSC) seeks an Operations Coordinator to join the Office of Prevention Services in Tallahassee. This full-time, grant-funded position supports reviewing CCC incidents and coordinating with contract providers.

Responsibilities include reviewing and updating incidents, determining if administrative program reviews are required, and assisting with duties across Prevention Services. Some weekends and after-hours work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
• Combination of education and experience may substitute for the required experience.

The position serves in an assigned county, representing Tallahassee. The position reviews and complete the Department of Juvenile Justice's Central Communications within the Office of Prevention Services, responsible for reviewing CCC incidents assigned to Prevention and update from contract providers, determine if an administrative program review is required. Assists, when necessary, in carrying out duties and responsibilities of other Prevention Services.
