The Professional Development Coordinator is a grant funded position. The Coordinator is housed within the Department of Juvenile Justice/Office of Talent, Leadership & Culture and will report to the Professional Development Manager. This position will assist in daily operations of the Leadership Institute and in support of Talent, Leadership, & Culture.
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:
Leadership Institute: process and screen applicants, schedule coordination, primary coordinator of cohorts start to finish, technical assistance, and coaching.
Training Facilitation: adjnt facilitator in support of delivery of Leadership Institute and Professional Development trainings.
LMS (External Primary/Internal Secondary): marketing, participant registration & management, customer service support, report generation specific to Leadership Institute, utilization, creation of customized playlists for recurring use.
Data & Reporting :
Research: Ongoing assistance in research for:
Training and Conference Planning: Assist in planning of leadership training and conferences.
