Responsible for managing and filing operational documents, sending out sample food products to customers, and assisting with miscellaneous projects by performing the following duties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document Management: Organizes, files, and maintains operational documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Sample Coordination: Coordinates and manages the process of sending sample food products to customers, including tracking shipments and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Quality Assurance Review: Assists in reviewing and organizing quality assurance documents to ensure that all compliance and safety standards are met.
- Project Support: Provides administrative and operational support for miscellaneous projects across the department.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Utilizes Excel to create, update, and manage spreadsheets for tracking operational tasks, inventory, and project timelines.
- Communication: Liaises with internal teams and customers to ensure all operations run smoothly and customer expectations are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel between the office, warehouse, store, and other locations as needed.
- Technological capabilities:
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite required, specifically Outlook and Excel. Able to create and manage spreadsheets for tracking tasks and data.
- Knowledge of Net Suite and Trace Gains (QA platform) a plus
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for accuracy, ensuring all documentation and processes are error-free.
- Highly Organized: Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without letting details slip through the cracks.
- Problem Solver: Critical thinking and solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations.
