What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary operations point of contact, providing partners with high-touch and effective support
- Respond to inbound partner inquiries regarding product features and issues
- Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve partner pain points
- Identify trends in partner issues and relay feedback to cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain a central knowledge base for support processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, technical support, or account/partner management
- Expertise in issue resolution with a strong track record of delivering timely solutions
- Proficient in Excel and/or basic data and insights tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the media industry, support, or operations
- Familiarity with APIs
