Responsibilities include creating and maintaining ASNs, coordinating inbound shipments, monitoring supplier delivery schedules, reviewing POs, and supporting MRP analyses. Requires 2+ years in supply chain and proficiency in Excel.

• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.

Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and merchandising operations, is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join their team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Supply Chain Planning team supporting inventory management, supplier coordination, and merchandising activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Pay Range: $18/hr - $21/hr

Shift:Hybrid Role:
On Site- Tuesday Through Thursday 8-5pm / Remote Monday's and Friday's 8-5pm

What's the Job?

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
