Job summary

eagle Controls in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to join our Controls team. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality BAS projects.

You will work with engineers and technicians to develop system layouts, wiring diagrams, and project plans using AutoCAD and Revit, and you will coordinate with contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 years of BAS, controls or HVAC project coordination experience.
• Proficient with BACnet, DDC controls, and BAS platforms; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Visio is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers in overseeing the full lifecycle of BAS projects, from design and installation to programming and commissioning for commercial facilities.
• Working closely with engineers and technicians to develop detailed system layouts, wiring diagrams, and project plans using tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of BAS with HVAC, energy management, and mechanical systems.
• Assisting with configuring and troubleshooting DDC controls and BACnet communication protocols to optimize system performance.
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project completion.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Controls team located at our office in Atlanta, GA. Our ideal candidate for a Project Manager is someone who has 2 years of experience and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Primary responsibilities for eagle's Project Manager include:

Primary qualifications for eagle's Project Manager in clude:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in BAS, controls, or HVAC project coordination, preferably within the commercial mechanical construction industry.
• Proficiency with BACnet, DDC controls, and BAS platforms; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Visio is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven working experience in the St. Louis and Nashville areas, demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment to projects.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000
