What the day will look like

Aon Strategy and Technology Group (STG) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team.

• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within existing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor resource allocation and optimize utilization to ensure effective operations.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and operational outcomes.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Evaluate the financial implications of proposed process improvements or changes in resource allocation.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operations and data analysis.
• Support project management initiatives by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
• Any other tasks as assigned by your reporting manager.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a similar role within the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite of Tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
