Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, communication, technical writing, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience supporting scientific, engineering, technical, research, or facility operations with technical communication and/or compliance-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational and compliance-related processes among scientists, engineers, users, and management.
• Coordinate risk assessments, due diligence, and document outcomes with actions tracked to completion.
• Maintain records and documentation, ensuring compliance with laboratory requirements.
• Develop, write, edit, and maintain procedures, process descriptions, forms, and guidance for clear communication.
• Develop and maintain digital workflows and automated processes using Microsoft 365 applications to improve efficiency and traceability.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate administrative and compliance-related processes through stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate the design and development of reports and dashboards to support monitoring and decision-making.
• Support implementation of evolving institutional requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
