Aerovy, a fast-growing startup building digital infrastructure for intelligent hardware, is hiring a Business Operations Associate. You will manage end-to-end operational, financial, and compliance cycles, including payroll, vendor onboarding, and regulatory filings.

You’ll maintain security and policy evidence, collaborate with a fractional controller and legal partners, and refine SOPs while reducing manual work.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in business operations, accounting or payroll operations.
• Experience owning recurring deadlines like payroll, filings and renewals without misses.

Responsabilités

• Close the month on time with payroll, billing, payables, expenses and receipts.
• Keep compliance calendars and state registrations current for all states of operation.
• Vendor and partner management, data rooms and leadership reporting.
• Maintain SOPs and drive automation of recurring tasks and processes.
• Improve operating dashboards and provide timely, accurate metrics.
