Rune is building modular micro data centers at solar sites and seeks a Business Operations Associate in Mountain View to establish the compliance, reporting, and administrative backbone across functions. • 1–3 years in operations, consulting, or a generalist role at a startup or fast-moving team.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive them to completion.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication with teammates and vendors.
• Comfort handling confidential financial, legal, and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end to end, from problem definition to implementation and handoff.
• Support corporate and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions Rune operates in.
• Lead KPI reporting: design scorecards and prepare leadership-ready reports.
• Design lightweight processes and systems to scale data collection and ops.
• Keep the office and team running: workspace, IT, security, vendors, and logistics.
